We’ve created a WhatsApp group for the trip, so we can easily stay in touch throughout our time together.

We recommend that everyone joining the trip joins the group as soon as possible, so we have a smooth and easy way to communicate on site.

Passport
Kindly make sure that your passport is valid during the whole stay. We recommend that your passport is valid at least 3 months after returning to Sweden.

Food and drink
On this trip, you shouldn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself and having fun! Here is what's included:

Friday – Lunch and dinner, including drinks.

Saturday – Breakfast, lunch (no arranged location, you will get cash to pay for your lunch) and dinner, including drinks.

Sunday – Breakfast, lunch and dinner, including drinks.

Monday – Breakfast and food on the bus from Copenhagen.
Most of the food and drink are included but at a few times they are at your own expense: during your free time and stopovers.
Bus and taxi
All necessary transfers are included in the trip. During the free time you pay for your bus or taxi trips yourself.
Taxi
If you need transportation by taxi, you can either book it through the hotel reception or via an app – Uber, Bolt, or eCabs.
Bus
If you want to return to the hotel from Valletta by bus you can take bus 13, 14, 16 or TD13 from Valletta Bus Station.
You stop at Ross Station, next to hotel Hilton, and walk 7-10 minutes to the hotel.
The ticket is €2,5 and you can pay by card.
Timetable
Flight information
The flight departs from Göteborg Landvetter at 06:15 on Friday, September 26. We will have a stopover in Copenhagen before continuing to Malta, with an arrival time of 11:50.

You are responsible for getting to Landvetter yourself. This cost is not covered by the company, so please consider carpooling with colleagues if possible.

Food and drinks are not included during the flights. Any meals or beverages before or during the stopover, as well as during other waiting times, must be paid for personally.

Please note that we will not be returning to Landvetter Airport on departure day, as we will be traveling by bus directly to the office.
Flight check-in
You will receive a new email with your booking reference a few days prior to departure.
Follow the steps below for your online check-in:
Please note that check-in opens 30 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure.

Enter your booking reference (which you will recieve in a new confirmation a few days before departure) and your last name

You will then receive your boarding pass by email

Done!
If online check-in does not work for any reason, you can also check in at the airport.
Note: Don´t forget to check-in for the return journey as well, no earlier than 30 hours before departure and no later than 1 hour before departure.
Use the same booking reference you used earlier.
Cancellation terms
The anniversary trip is free of charge for all SEE employees, but it represents a significant investment for the company. The trip is fully booked and cancellations are free until August 31st.
Starting September 1st, a fee of 3 000 SEK will be charged to anyone who cancels unless we have a replacement for your spot.
